I think 17 is the maximum for immorality in the game. You're not trying to enter the bathroom through the hallway are you? Because that's not why you unlocked the gate and grabbed the ladder.
The dialogue just before that task gives you a hint. That said, Tiffany lives in the MC's house and her room is locked. So the only place you have access to her clothes is the laundry basket on top of the washing machine in the bathroom.

No. Average has been about 4 months, but 6-7 months for each of the last 3 big updates (which this current one is now being considered by the developer - see #2 here). If that is the case and using May 28 as the start date (when they released the bugfix release v0.85.1) - that would signal November as the earliest.
