I believe ALL the transformations are available for the first 4 women I detailed in my last(ish) post, so they should all have what you're looking for, though I can't be sure since I wasn't paying attention to that particular transformation - I'm a breast man myself

Hope you don't mind me replying to this old comment, but when exactly do we get to corrupt Emma? I've basically played to the end of the game and never saw an option to give her the serum or anything like that.

No, not the ending lol. I was under the impression that there was already a scene/option where you could give Emma the serum

Gotcha. I can't seem to access it in 0.42 though, is there somewhere I have to specifically go to?

Overview:
Adds a denoising and sharpening pass over the images shown throughout the game, making them a bit easier to look at.
This can not solve the general ugly and grungy look that some scenes/characters have from being rendered at a low resolution and/or being far too heavily compressed.
This isn't magic. Sometimes an image is just too noisy for this to help much.

So I was playing normally a couple days ago. I saved during a Celia scene, and when I went to reload it it went crazy and skipped a bunch of scenes that had already played and now I can't advance scenes at all. I've gone and deleted all the files for the game, and it's still happening.

I don't exactly know what you mean by "all the game files" (uninstall/reinstall or saves?) or "it is still happening" (did you just advance as far again?), just FYI that there are some saves under appdata/roaming/renpy/takeover
I deleted all the files related to the game on my PC. Including the ones in appdata.
I cannot advance the game at all. I go to start a new game and the only thing that happens is the screen flashes and then it rolls back to whatever screen I'm trying to advance from.
Edit: It happened on 0.41, but persisted after I updated to 0.42.
Edit 2: I deleted all the files from my recycle bin and that fixed it somehow.
