I like this game, but the sex scenes doesn't seem so erotic for me for some reason.
The writting is good.
I think, it's because of a lack of pictures in the scenes. You see something, but it feels more like you are having a sex scene "described"—instead of being shown. Making the sex scenes somewhat immersion breaking and distancing for me, which is not that good in a porn game (for me).

The game overall is good and worth a try.

He's asking specifically about your house, and no currently there is not a way. You need to have your family members no only be unsuspicious of your actions, but be loyal. His mother and sister's personalities don't really change, other than being attracted to you. But if you don't make your sister loyal, she will eventually go into your room without your permission, find your stash of serum and supplies, then report you like a good little citizen, family or not.
