I have found that the new events still trigger if you reach the conditions for them, the game will show RP at 30, but if you do training with her and the RP would be 31 the events still trigger.

It's not censorship per se, but some people are very **not** okay with loli content and/or what can be construed as pedophilic in nature. Regardless whether if Patreon ToS violation evasion is part of the equation, having it be an extra step for the user whether or not that type of content is viewable can also be interpreted as an accessibility consideration.

Man this game looks fun a shame I'll have to play it on PC cuz mobile has a chance to crash after every small action to the point where it's a 50/50 chance of getting to save or restarting all progress

I've already done half of the game and honestly for a porn parody it surprises me how the dev knows some "obscure" stuff about the series, like Karin helping Sakura to give birth or Itachi using genjutsu on Izumi and her living a happy life for almost 80 years. I know for your regular Naruto fan those aren't actualy obscure facts, but still caught me off guard since the other parodies I've played about Naruto just have the classic stuff like "haha, hinata's big boobs go brrrr" (that's not a bad thing btw, I came here for that). What's next? Sasuke Sarutobi, Yashiro Uchiha and Hikaku Uchiha? Chino Chinoike?

Random question, if you do certain things out of order do you lose out on certain events? Ive maxed out stats for every character but some events are still locked to me.
If you click the walkthrough button at the top right you can see what events requirements are. Some require you to do other character events or main events for them to trigger
Thats the issue nothing is triggering, or being highlighted in blue. You would assume it would but it isn't. Ill just wait for the next update.
Not sure what you mean but the walkthrough only shows you what the events requirements are but does not link to what the require event is or change color based on your stats. It is up to you to figure out what event is for what character with just the title alone which is slightly annoying but I guess it is better than no walkthrough at all.
