It's not a common angle, and the artist was putting out a lot of pictures back to back. An anatomy gaff like this is actually super-easy to make. You typically have a cleanup artist who goes over pics for stuff like this, but if the game's budget was low enough or its deadline short enough that may have not happened.

I was just about to write how those seemingly overemphasized malleoli didn't really bother me (but her lower abdomen connecting her body to the shorts in a non-consistent angle, did, a little...), and then I noticed what you were actually talking about!! sadlol
Oh well, the suntanned one still sealed the deal (even without trying the game and only going by the OP) for me!

I don't see a problem with the 2nd screenshot. Her knee touches the ground, her calf goes back up, and the crease is her foot touching back down.

The calf strait up does not connect to the knee. It should be moved in towards her thigh and moved downward on the image. Even then, the angle that the back of teh foot is at would not happen at this angle at all. It's a minor issue, easily looked over for most, but some folks see something like that and go full cant unsee mode.

Oddly, the save does not seem to work?
Even if I fully erase the save files, it restores the exact same state it was before I did that, and creates a new file. odd.

The setting file though, does matter, and overides whatever setting I had on beforehand (like language, audio setting, etc)

Okay, very low-effort. Not garbage - but almost. The voice acting which should be its saving grace is also mediocre at best. Sexed-up preteen level script, with fitting MTL poetry to go with it. The standing character sprites are good, I guess.
