You can give Hiro breasts in the character creation portion, but you can't give a vagina. Not sure if that is what you meant.

It doesn't.
If you are on PC:
- Download zip file from one of the links on OP
- Unzip the directory to your computer
- Double-click on TalesOfAndrogyny.exe
If you want to play an update (subsequent weekly or monthly):
- Download the new JAR file from one of the links on OP
- Make sure the file name is TalesOfAndrogyny.jar and move it into the directory to replace the old JAR file
- Double-click on TalesOfAndrogyny.exe

I wonder if the people who have difficulties with this are either of the smartphone generation or ultraboomers, since those are the people I've had to teach WAY too many times how to do some extremely basic stuff on a computer, such as how to produce an exclamation mark on a keyboard.
