Well...
... time to theory craft who this is potentially.
We know she's elvish (or fey/demi in nature) and she's got the appearance of an Enchanter/Mage. Her attire suggests magic, the book being a clear bit of that, but she could be someone that's not an adventurer. Those hair clips, for her pig-tails, seem relevant to her identity (as also may be her glasses)
The idea of her being part of Kylira's family is interesting, maybe related to Alura? I swear Hiro even mentions the potential of him having elvish in his lineage, but that might have been a joke, as I can see some of Hiro in her (the eyes specifically as well as the hairstyle). The short are interesting, as is that scarf, but I'm very interested to figure out if this character is either entirely new to the setting or will be part of already established stuff.
EDIT: Potential idea, it's the Brothel Worker turned Hero from Story Mode (the one who offers sex but we turn them down)

It's either being defeated by the slime or attempting to strike the Slime Core when you defeat it (and failing)

Hiro's Mom was an Enchanter, the Tutor and Cottage Witch talk about her. They do indeed allude to quite a bit, which makes me excited for the next potential connection to that.
Jester gives you a 'I beat the Demon King and all I got was this from Jester' Hat (grants you +2 Perception) and a kiss or high five.

People are still extracting the .jar file after all this time?
I have failed in my task of passive aggressively giving out correct help and pointing out how to use the search to find answers, i now only wish for the cold embrace of death since i failed in my quest.
Hiro all time says he is a boy, in game have man with man clothes and girls/futa dress girls clothes so wtf why hiro uses clothes another of his gender?

Hiro enjoys wearing those outfits, he finds comfort and happiness in it, so who are we to judge? And even some of the enemies wear impractical contradictory outfits at times, clearly because that's what they prefer.
Gender doesn't come into it.
