Open Quickedit then create new folder TOA saves
Back to the game tap on this icon to move your save to the TOA saves you created
open Quickedit and go the file tap on the save.json file edit what you want then tap on the save icon
back to the game tap on import in empty save slot and then choose the savejson you edited in TOA file

For Trudy, you will have to encounter a Female Goblin (Selkie) and use the option that makes Trudy to enter the small path, Trudy will get fucked and now she will have goblin eggs, now you have to find a Wereslut and make Trudy to fight the wereslut, Trudy will get fucked again and now the eggs are fertilized, you will have to wait some days and the encounter will appear.
