Ah, that's great then. I was kinda troubled that the goblin in one of the preview pictures was being referred to as male, and I couldn't tell if it had boobs or not to determine whether it's supposed to be a male or a futa.
You can relatively easily avoid most of the straight up gay (heh) content. There's a toggle in the options to convert some encounters from male/male to male/dickgirl.
As another said, there are two goblins. One is male and one is a dickgirl.
It can be difficult to avoid getting raped in combat depending on how you've built your character, but in most cases, you're not going to be fighting males. Also, very little of the artwork includes other males. the only real exceptions are the male goblin and the two characters you can encounter who can join you, and those two give you dialogue options in order to actually do anything with them.
Also, stay away from "brothel work". You can make a little gold doing it, but it's pretty much all bottoming for dudes.

I'm not sure where you're getting that it's considered manly to be girly. Most of the characters make fun of you, several are surprised you're a boy, and Hiro himself being confused by Trudy's gender is the main conflict in that little story...
