Just saying that there's a legit in-world explanation for Hiro's crossdressing if you play the story mode. It's literally in the introduction for it.

There is an in-world reason for that.
I this world, wearing "girly" clothes are considered the pinnacle of manliness, the more "girly" you are, the more "manly" you are.

My guess is that this wasn't always the case but the demons managed to create this "trend" to weaken the humans

I'm straight too. Can't find any interest in men (no matter how feminine in behaviour or appearance, not including breasts because at that point they're a male identifying futa like Hiro can be.)

They're futa, that doesn't mean they don't identify as women. I think what your trying to say is "No hate, just don't like cock", which is much more true than conflating a disinterest of futa with because you're straight.
