To get the facefuck position you need to have your enemy laying down on the floor (face not in the ground), have an erection, and be in an offensive stance.

As for Ouroboros, I have no idea. I've only seen it used by the orc and haven't been able to recreate the scenario.

its seem to only work with the orc, u need to use vault, both erect
