Do the cursed items even do anything or are they just flavor of text kinda thing I got both the panties from the warlock and the cursed armor from the outpost but didn't notice anything except for the one time event when getting them.

Tiara of Control will block your attacking abillity on any enemy. Both physical and magical. So you wont be able to do any damage and at the end always loose a fight. You will encounter some enemies that cant be sexually satiated by Enchanter. Actually in some animation during fight - you can be stuck in a loop while doing some sexual stances. Be extra carefull with that item. This i think is most terrible cursed item created. Becouse it's not goodly programmed with all the world encounters. So for long term using/wearing - can bring more of the annoyance than a fun. For example - being stuck in a fight i actually needed to Alt+F4 to close the game and run it again. Yeah, thats how really bad it could get... I dont think it's bugged item. But for sure it's not developed well that way.

They both are good. Just descriptional. Armor has the longest scene having checks of your virginity. But after that it wont turn to be your talking friend, haha!

I long for the day armour pieces will change Hiro's appearance.
Has anyone noticed how easy it is to break out of grapples or is it just me? I haven't been playing every weekly build but I've been keeping an eye on the changelogs. Could just be my imagination but I remember them being a lot harder to break out of unless you had a lot of strength and endurance. Now I tested and can break out easily with 0-1 strength and 0-1 endurance.

This day is likely on a far off future. Changing appearence would also possibly mean having to redrawn several scenes to account for the changes.

Apparently they were working on sex grapples - assigning grapple values to sex attacks...although I haven't seen any update to that system for some time now. This would solve the problem and actually link combat and sex. Probably one of the more important system priorities still outstanding.
A powerful ass fucking could pin you to the ground, or the pain/pleasure may briefly stun you...being gagged while fucked could disable magic, or choking could disable stamina recovery...so many doors open up.

You know the last number resets every month while the preceeding number advances by one, right? So it's, at most 5 weekly iterations instead of 10.
I've tried looking in the thread and original guide, but haven't found anything. Has anyone found a codpiece for Isla/Vampire Hunter? Or is this scene still not implemented

It's at the second outpost for 100 gold. Then, you should find the vampires before returning to the church with it.

It is, and I do remember talking about it with a few people a lot of pages ago.
I don't really remember but I think it's something like :
- talk to the hunter
- go the outpost (don't know if it's still there, been a while since i've played)
- buy the codpiece
- go back to the hunter
- go see the witch
- go to the vampires and talk about the codpiece
- go back to the hunter
I'm probably not too far off, but like someone said, it's not worth the effort.

It is repeatable job with codpiece. After giving it to Isla you click it in inventory than it disapears. Talk about codpiece again to Isla and go grab it again, talk with Vampires and go back to Isla.
Every time you do it thats 50 exp reward when giving codpiece to Isla. But probably not worth it if walk on feet and fight your way on map to Vampires... And also fighting just Vampires and winning will give you 10 exp. And for 10 gp you can return back from Outpost to first town...
Thats good for some exp-runs if got enough of gold. Make a run than save game. Reload and make another run, etc.
