Save yourself added headache. Delete it and download the Win x64 version. Unzip and then click on the exe file.

Forget the Java version. It's a bag of hurt. Just use the win/mac/linux version. It has the necessary java RT build-in.

Thing is the Windows version is like 2 version below (I prefer to avoid having to face thing like bugs, but the dev also add content with the bugfix...)

You do realize that:
1. There's another update already so the previous ones are all outdated;
2. That search bar will also show the messages of people asking for save, along with other messages that mentions the word 'save' in those over 850 pages.

If you're actually curious to know how this game saved my marriage I'll tell you.
Basically, whilst consummating my marriage, i struggled with 'keeping it up', i spoke with my wife, we had a discussion and what i did was have headphones on whilst watching a video or (in this case) played this game whilst she had duvets over her face because she was shy as it was our first time. Long story short, this game helped me keep my erection up and continue to have a successful marriage.
Is there anything that can be done about mimics that doesn't involved getting absolutely anally destroyed by them?

You handle them the way you normally handle Trap Squares I'd assume, with high enough Agility/Perception or Sneak/Scout
I certainly can't figure it out, normal scouting doesn't work and it doesn't show an agility check so I'm not sure at what level you can avoid it. I'll have to try experimenting more tomorrow.

You can also max the "Surveyor" perk, 1 level gives you +1 detection, so you'll become hawk-eye by the time you max it.

Anyone know how to get all the gadgeteer scenes? I’ve seen the initial Brothel Madame scene and It’s variants and the easy to get Gadgeeter encounter scenes but after that I’m clueless. Help on the how to get the vampire + vampire hunter scene would be nice too all I’ve seen is I need a map and not sure where to get it.

Visit the Gadgeteer once (gives you option of a bunch of scenes just with her), then go to the Brothel twice. First scene is watching the Madame rail her, second scene has a bunch of branches with different kinds of sex.
For vampire + vampire hunter, you need to purchase the Codpiece from the final tile of the second map, then beat the first Vampire encounter and accept their offer to enhance the Codpiece. Then, return to Isla in the town and the scene should play out when you talk to her about the Codpiece.
