Activate the cheat mode in the options and it’s unlocked until you turn the mode off again.

Honestly, just keep Twitter as is, since it is pretty much a quarantine zone for the vitriolic kind. And like the other said, try nitter.

Go to the town of monsters, then go into the pub and order 2-3 rounds but do not get black out drunk, proceed to leave the bar and it will happen.

Sounds like you downloaded something wrong or don't know what you're doing.
If you are downloading from the java links - you only get a JAR if you download it correctly.
That said, based upon your post it would be wise for you to download the version for your OS (Win, Android, Mac, Linux) and not Java link.

He probably unpacked the .Jar file and of course not read the how to install instructions.
