also it low hp starts affecting you pretty fast, like 10 hp gone and your stats are already starting to be drained

Well, there's always something new to learn in regards of sex.
To be honest, it was only a couple years ago that I learned the clitoris it's not just "the button" (it's a larger organ, like an inverted V. The "button is just the tp, while the rest runs along with the labia. It makse a lot of sense having in mind the reactions when working those areas)

There are some straight female characters and Majalis has no quarrels on adding more. Whether or not more get added though depends completely on patreon.
It changes all (or at least most) of the male characters into chicks with dicks. This does not affect the player character.
