Usually you can find those in farms.
But in-game... Uh... I'm pretty sure there are not any, i mean i've probably sunk about few hundred hours into the game and i cannot for the life of me recall any actual cows in the game?
There's the Minotauress that you can find on the second map in "the labyrinth" encounter, she's the closest thing to a "bovine-esque" character in the game AFAIK.

I just searched that 4 games and I'm really interested to the 1st and 3rd game you recommend.
I think if you lose to her as a kissless virgin there's a scene which can go that way
I think, it's the variation of a scene you get if say her tail is nice and it's cute, but fail the Charisma check. Then you say it's lovely.
Being a total virgin who never kissed and lose to her may also work if you choose her rear. Or saying the Tail is cute and having Charisma 8, but being in chastity cage. Idk which one is more complicated. Or if they have the same art.

What are the requirements for the new achievements, More Cowbell and Lose Your Head? I assume you need to lose to the Minotauress and Dullahan in specific ways?
