You can be on top, almost with all mobs, BUT, this is hard thing, because:

1) You must be horny (you only can getting horny when enemy's seduce\fucks you).
2) Enemy must be tired (out of stamina, not in battle state)
3) You must have some stock of stamina, for being on top, obviously

If you achive all this, you are alpha )
After some updates you can start wrestle, and if you have more stamina than that enemy, you can forced them into pron state. But if you don't be lucky, you are will be fucked...literally

As was stated, it's possible, but it isn't really worth playing for top stuff alone. Definitely isn't the focus.

Technically speaking, the protagonist is a male. Crossdresser. So neither a futa nor a shemale. Just a boy who likes to dress as a girl. The enemies instead are Shemale and Futa, or just monster (some male, other female). That's it - at least as far as I could understand.

what can I do?

I'm kinda at a loss here. It might be a case of you having old OpenGL drivers that need to be updated, or it might be some issue with the game itself.
I suggest looking for a way to update your drivers first on the internet and if that doesn't work you might try asking over at the dev's game forum over here
