Download the windows version from the OP, then download .jar from #9,906, extract the windows version where you want, plop the new .jar into that and bam, you've the latest version, should be free of the bugs also.

some of the masculine characters in the game are replaced by more feminine variants. Innkeeper grows tits and shaves, the Ogre no longer looks like a chubby pigman-man thing, now just a wild giantess. there might be more smaller differences, but those are the significant ones I remember.
I actually want this feature, I do like male on trap content. It would be nice if this gets completed. It doesn't have to a be a priority, as I know the majority of Majalis work is around trap and futanari, but it still adds to the game I feel as it's still trap content.
Have you seen what some of them are packing? They're pretty much all as long as an arm and atleast the width of an arm, just get fisted IRL and you'll know that they're not "pretty small", sure it's a porn game and huge peepees are a thing in them, but not all games should have cocks mistaken with elephant trunks.
It's the other way around; it replaces the handful of masculine guys with futa alternatives for those who don't like m/m content. Personally I like traps in all flavors of pairings but this one has so little guy x trap or girl x trap that there's little point in working too hard on a filter to get rid of them.
