Does anyone know where can I find my save files on Android? I can find the base game folder at /android/data/com.majalis.talesofandrogyny , and there is a folder named "file" but its empty. (Yes I do know that you cant view internal files on Android 11 but I use an app where I can see them). So, anyone who could help me?
You can't find them, maybe the root assisted way. But you can just export any save file by clicking arrow up, also the profile file than contains achievements and progress menu details.

Minotauress encounter is bugged for me. Every time Hiro is in the maze looking to escape after pleading it crashes randomly.
I just played the game for the first time and I'm utterly lost... But hey that just speaks for the sheer amount of content

This time, we've added new Mouthwear upgrades with associated scenes! We've also updated and animated the Ogre, squaring away some of the oldest content that needed it. We've also added a new Story Mode Trudy encounter, as well as a bunch of smaller encounters.

Presumably, you buy these from the merchant near the first town, no? Does she not stock them? As for the upgrades to them you may want to check with the blacksmith as he supplies all the other upgrades.
In 0.24 Majalis changed how encounters file looks. What was looking like this:
