How do you top during combat? Its super easy to bottom, but how do you take charge?

Your character must be erect and not caged, as well as not a Prostitute class (iirc), then you'll be able to penetrate when the enemy is in the right stances or you have them fully grappled (either standing or on the ground) Your errection status is displayed near your health, stamina and mana.
