You have to be playing in Story Mode. The Sperm Bank isn’t in Adventure Mode. In Story Mode you find it and her in the second town, which isn’t called Monsters although it does look a lot like that town from Adventure Mode. It will have a sign saying Bank on it, and it’s right above the shop.

Thanks! I thought it might be there. One way I already tried was going to her for the first time and failing all checks. That didn’t do it. I’ll try some other permutations and see if I can trigger it.

Making the nurse fat makes sense since nurses are some of the fattest people I've ever seen.
You can check Tales of Androgyny wiki about Goblin. Female Goblin butt art is shown when you rest in your camp and get random event where she comes, then you need to fail Perception check and stay sleeping.
Oh yeah good to know. Anyone know how to trigger the new one? I think that was already in the game before this update.

Group B is also very annoying in a different way. As seen here.
The argument is pointless. Unorganized forums are not reliable in getting information (goblin is discussed so much getting info on particular art means spending half an hour), so people will continue asking questions.
Wiki site was created years ago by Majalis. Many fandoms use them for keeping people up to date easily, for example adding to main page the links to pages that got new content in updates. Seeing how many regulars there are keeping track of every Majalis move, it's not really a problem for 2-3 people covering each question asked before it is asked. All the guides could get the Tips category, and people who ask how do they play the would be directed there.
If for those years this forum exists nobody tried this out for various reasons, well, who is to blame. You could try organising your guides, your knowledge and your FAQs right now. There are model character pages, navboxes, general mechanics pages, probably everything anybody would need to try and make information accessible instead of writing people are idiots time after time.

To get the new Goblin Ambush butthole kissing scene, you have to fail the perception check twice when you get ambushed at your camp when resting. You can't "fake" being asleep for this one.

Fairly sure she puts on a strap-on in one scene, so that's a nay on the Futa.Is she a female or futa? Or the game doesnt tell yet? The pics makes me think on the former but this ToA so anything can be possible

Could it be that a naga can't inseminate the eggs, so getting sexed by a naga just removes the eggs?
I could be wrong, but I believe only a centaur, harpy, or wereslut can inseminate the goblin eggs. Give that combo a try and see. Also, feel free to use search to go back to find my previous post on this - I marked the tips as spoilers in case you'd rather figure it out on your own, but they're there.
Another tip for you, if you have Kylira in your camp then getting healed by her will also give you a status on if you're egged or prego.

I've tried that before and just tried that again to be certain. When resting in camp there was only one perception test to fail, not two. Yes, she presents her ass; however, no, that apparently doesn't trigger the scene. When I check Progress I'm still at 99.9% with just the Goblin Camp Ambush Buttkiss missing. There must be something more to it than this. Any ideas?
Does it need to be the very first time on a given run when encountering Selkie in the MC's tent?
EDIT: Yep, that was it. My previous attempt was using a prior save. I just tried it with a brand-new run and immediately camped. That gave me two opportunities to fail perception whereas using the prior save would only give me one opportunity. That did the trick - no idea why.

She can in specific instance, when it happens in Waking Lands, and that's a specific type of Naga, and she caught you and tries to breed you. But it seems to be buggy.
