It's an alt for the Wereslut, specifically to account for the Catgirl spitroast scene having multiple weresluts.
Head to the Demon King's Realm, the last zone in the map, to find the encounter generation for the scene.
Additionally, you can open the .jar file and look for the Scripts Folder to find the Encounter Text document.

i can use the encounter button but still i dont know what to chose to get her scene with the were slut
Choose "Catgirl Wereslut" encounter (or maybe Catgirl Werewolf, can't remember how they put it)

You can edit your achievements to get the full amount of bonus points (look up in the thread how to do that) but besides that there's no reason for a full save unless you want a 99 Level Hiro that's chaste and has a gun.

Story Mode is exclusive to Patreon Versions of the game, you can't use the public builds. It's found by starting a new game and selecting Story Mode when choosing between Story and Adventure Mode.
