Pretty sure you can't at the moment as story mode is still being worked on from that point.

You can get mouth-knotet by the werebitch and it is an instant lose.
Also if you lose all your HP against her, she will check your "bitch" lv and it seems that at lv 3 it is triggers something.
But no mather what I try i cannot reach that LV.
Also i didnt got a map with 3 werebitches.
