PC.attributePoints += x
For companions change "PC" for their names, for example: lenna.attributePoints += x
worked thank you i didnt notice the cap P in points before curse case sensitivity lol

Yes, use the add skill command "PC.skillpoints += x" outside of the level up screen, then go on your character page open the skills tab then talents, select the talent and click learn this skill.
