EroAbel stopped doing android version some time ago. If you want to play on android, use Joiplay emulator. It works with touch control, gamepad and even mouse and keyboard.
New version, no real content update but more a foundation for upcoming updates:
"Well, this update is complete. Now I can continue working on the plot. There are still some things I'd like to improve, but I'll be working on them in parallel.
This update brings you new heroine sprites and a new beautiful image for the main menu. And that's about it, really; the rest is just minor stuff.
There might be bugs here and there, as I didn't have time to test all the script changes. If you come across anything, please let me know.
I'll write about my immediate plans, my thoughts on the sixth episode, and my summer vacation in an upcoming post, so stay tuned.
And just a reminder: this is the last update with the images and music stored as open files in the game folder. In future updates, they will be encrypted (some people didn't like that on smartphones, the images showed up in their gallery – that won't happen anymore).
fixes and improvements:

I love this game in theory, but deep within my soul I can't help but shrilly scream, because it feels like one of those projects that is too ambitious and slow in updating to ever achieve even a sliver of it's potential. That said, it's in my 'keep an eye on' list for sure. What there is, is damn impressive.
You definitely aren't remembering wrong but I haven't checked to see if it was removed. If it was disabled, that's easy enough to re-enable it since I have RPG Maker MV. If it was removed completely, I can re-add it since I have the old versions too.
Edit: I just checked the files and the images are there. So either the event is disabled or you need more corruption.
Edit 2: Looking at everything and it's all coming back to me now (since I extensively inspected the older versions in the past). Coquette is a stat that's often necessary for that stuff (Variable #105). The event you are thinking of is a guy in the inn (all the way to the right) and you need Coquette of 4 or higher to trigger the event.

There are many applications that support emulating RPGm games. Making an apk for RPGm is not necessary.
Relax, everything’s fine — I’ve finished the game completely and didn’t run into any issues with my PC. My antivirus didn’t detect anything either, and the game isn’t doing anything suspicious.

This had me rolling ahahaha! I can't imagine some people who love playing one-handed on the bed just opening their gallery in public and some caricature ass popping up in the screen. Remember, if it's a concern, someone already did it... hence the reason there's "no drinking" labels on bleach bottles.
