I doubt it, because there's probably not much demand. I'd bet that most guys playing with a female MC are looking for lesbian content, i.e. trying to avoid having a bunch of naked dudes on their screen while they are fapping. Guys who want to look at dicks will just play a male MC.
The dev has on discord responded to another player with the same bug:

Ok, it is a bug
I found the issue already and it will be fixed for next release since it's not that big of a deal
Just so you know, you would just get a scene with dialogue and quest advancement, but that would be it for this release, so nothing too crazy
but I can tell you how to fix your save using the console if you want
Otherwise it will be fixed when you load your save next release."
