The left bottom is right outside city gates, shemale orc with tiny looking elf, he hides behind tree at first looking shy but when you come back some time around he gets some action from the orc
The right top one is elf guard in orc camp having go with goblins i think
On the other hand I'm curious how did you unlock the one with a hat, the one you have unlocked on right page. I missed it somehow along with one picture from page III

After the orcs raid the elfs and you talked with the queen and received a letter from her you need to revisit the witch hat and she will be fucked by an orc in her tent. Its in the chapter 4

The grammar / word choice mistakes are really minor, but I would suggest changing the wording for "There are no auditions" when you try to meet the Queen. I assume what was meant is audiences? A better phrase still is "The Queen is not receiving visitors" or something like that.

I know it's the typical orcs rape elves thing but just once I would like to see the reverse of this.
