The emoji thing can be changed by the game options.
Would appreciate it if someone could share their full persistent file as the usual save file only doesnt unlock the gallery

No shit the plane crashed, it's inevitable. I'm snatching the parachute & jumping out the moment I see a woman in the cockpit.

So from what I've seen & read (finished the game) there is no actual pregnancy in this game. It's planned for the sequel only. So maybe losing the tag is in order.

There is at the very end of the main game there is the option for getting the girl pregnant and in the aftermath you can see her pregnant.

The pilot is the one you can get pregnant.
You must find the pilot to get off of the island and this is the ending that shows she is pregnant.
If you gotten a different ending then you did something wrong and got an ending I never saw.
On the OP there are at least 6 pics that shows the pilot and that is the one you can get pregnant and you must find her for the main story ending.
I liked the comfy survival game aspect. You don't see it much in porn games. Hope we get to have Lee relax with his pregnant honies in the sequel.
Yeah, when I stumbled upon this game, all I could think was, Wow, Robinson Crusoe with monster girls seems like such an obvious theme for a game; how come I’ve never seen something like this before?

Thank you all for your kind words. I should mention that thanks to your support we released two releases of Tame It! comics last year and the Christmas addon to the game. And of course we continue to work on the second prototype of Tame It Too! I'll describe it in more details in its topic.
In the meantime, we just released (non)trivial, a new game with new gameplay challenges and experiments. Among other features there will be monstergirls too, and even some characters from Tame It!

I hope F95 will introduce separate tags for impregnation and pregnancy. As for my promises, we added full pregnancy scene in Tame It! Side Stories last year. And yes, I plan to add it to our next games too.
Well, hopefully in Too we get some good pregnant stuff. Agree we definitely need a split tag. Maybe even a third for pregnant sex.
