You might have thought that ai would help to speed up development by providing easy h art so devs had only to focus on gameplay part, but literally ALL and EVERY aicg 'game' turns into slop with absolutely no substence.

Guess thistag might go in 'exclude tags' section since there is literaly nothing worth spending time on, not mentioning spending money on it.

Of course there will a lot of crap games made with the idea of making a quick buck. But i do believe that AI image generation will continue to get better and one day someone will create an interesting game around some generic but hot AI CG. The right kinks plus good enough story with decent or even fun gameplay and even AI cg will make the game popular.

I have to disagree maybe you have an idea for a really good game-play concept with a hot story but you are bad with art. In that case you can focus on your strong points while getting a helping hand from AI for the images. And if we are honest what really is missing from most adult games is good gameplay with a story you just don't skip. and the right kinks of course.
