Nothing on the patreon since this release back in January , I hope they return to it one day
Can you explain the principle of switching to the route with Stefan turning into a woman? And his brother at the same time... I've tried several different approaches and never succeeded.

for the brother you need to have enough perversion, visit his work place then read the convo carefully there is a hint in blue you must click to turn him into a woman
as for stefan you just need to beat him at the engravement minigame then talk with the gamer dude to give him a pill and turn him into a woman

No, the game is also very buggy and unstable so sometimes paths don't trigger.. Asa akira.. VIP lounge...
best thing you can do is ask for somebody to provide a save before the event.

Stefan's problem. I can't seem to get Stefan's engraving right. What should I do with the first tablet, and what should I do with it next?
Just played this game for the first time, and i want to ask some questions:
1. How to give Pill.lvl2 to Vanessa? I have pills, i visit her office, but there is no option to give them to her. She already asked me to revert the effects of the first pill.
2. Is there a way to get rid of Rico and his goons? I skipped Olga's quests entirely, just because of them.
3. How do i get access to Pleasure house? I saw it in the "cheat start" options, but i have no idea wht/where it is.

Seems odd this doesn't have an abandoned tag yet, 11 months with the Developer posting nothing here or on their patreon.
the pleasure house is unlocked after you dose the teach with the level 2. As for what you need to do for that, i don't know. you might need to progress the main story a bit. i usually unlock that after getting the 2nd lab. as for the goons, nope.
not sure what you mean by update? if you mean the 2nd lab you need to progress the story. The abridged version is experiment with
once in the VIP zone you need to win 1 round of gambling with the table in the room, ask about an informant, meet said informant. you will then need to come back and convince the informant to give up the info he has. At which point you will have the option to go to the creator of the celtoc drg (what Stefan keeps giving you as an alt payment for his shoes.) Meet the boss of the company, make a decision, and they will give you the second lab.
