jegus fuck that is a lot of gigs for a 4 minute animation
My 3 hour long movies don't take that many gigs per movie.
h264 codec... and aac audio... why would someone use such horribly obsolete codecs?
patent encumbered ones at that.
use av1 10bit video codec + opus audio codec like a normal person.
I am gonna toss it into tdarr to convert into something less silly.

Original: 2948.3 MB. 4k (that means 2160p)
New: 72.8 MB. 1080p. AV1 10 bit preset 8 CRF30 + opus 128k in webm container
the new file is only 2.47% the size of the original and by and large a human shouldn't be able to see the difference between them. And if they do, its because of the generational loss.
