I downloaded to look. There doesn't appear to be much in the way of CGs and it looks like your typical interracial NTR. There's only two (with slight variations) pregnancy pictures that I saw for both women in the game so I'm assuming ending only (I could be wrong) but there's limited CG as it is.

I would not hold my breath but I'm also not going to bother playing it to find out.

There is a walkthrough (in English/JP/CN) and 100% save included with the download if it helps though.

Although the game is bad, it's something they can work on.

I think the best they can do - is to hand over the code for this 2.5D perspective. This way other developers could make it work and make some cool games. Sadly, the perspective is the only thing which is worth trying this "game" out.
