Nice update. Are you planning to proceed with Updates of this size that come more frequent or are you also doing larger ones with a longer dev cycle?
Also I still feel a little sad that MC only gets to the spanking path when we choose him to not wear the panties.
I absolutely agree he should be punished for that. I just hope there will be a chance to get on the spanking path even though we make him obey.

Just had a short view on current content. I am not into MM content, so I skipped these paths.
- In the first scene in front of the house mc's posture looks very unusual and feminine, as if mc would actually wear high heels and have heavy boobs and so would arche his back to somehow keep his balance.
- As others mentioned before, the scene where mc unpacks his stuff and falls flat on his face and notices the panties under the bed is unrealistic. Better have mc drop something which ends under the bed. Or just let mc find the panties in the back of one of the drawers.
- Ashley moved out some time ago, maybe years ago. The family likely cleaned the room before mc moved in. So those panties are likely just some old "fresh" panties. I would expect mc to examine the panties first before deciding on further actions.
- The limited choice "Try them on" or "Jerk off" is mindbreaking. Why would mc do that???
Natural choices would be to talk to Amber or Maria about the panties (which would open further paths) or keep them for later, eg have fun with them at night. The provided options are both unrealistic since mc just arrived, the rooms have no locks, there is no real privacy. It would be different if all family members were away and mc had the house for himself, allowing him to snoop through all the panties in the house, try them on and jerk off.
- The image where mc jerks off to the old, likely unused, maybe dusty panties does not make sense. If mc would use some fresh panties from Amber instead, then maybe yes ...
- It would be different if Amber had planted some freshly used panties with high potency of sexual pheromons to trigger high sexual arousal in mc. However then she would have chosen a location for the panties that mc could not miss.
- MC looks very young, maybe rather 12 years old than 18 years old, especially since he has no bodyhair, etc. His reactions to getting a boner also suggest that this is something new for him, so that he is at the start of his puberty.
- I am not a fan of blackmail as a story device to force the plot. I am also not a fan of psycho games. Instead of blackmailing mc, Amber could use a more seductive approach, allowing him more intimate rewards if he in return fulfills her kinks.
However if this VN is intended to build on blackmail and psycho games, please indicate this in the OP under Genre and maybe add some Dev Notes.
- It would be different if mc would antagonize Amber first and the blackmail would be a balanced response.
- The fact that the household starts with husband, wife, son and daughter allows a lot of variety (Mm, mm, Fm, fm), especially if there are also different paths for each character. The small house without privacy however also makes it very difficult to have a sexual relationship with any of them without the others noticing it. This also affects potential roleplay, crossdressing and transformation of the mc. Every change of mc's appearance will be noted and has to be discussed with Hank, Maria, Matt and Amber. This mix of Mm/mm and femdom Fm content will split development resources, so that likely 50% resources go to the gay side and 50% to the femdom side. You should do a poll what kind of content your audience is interested in : gay, femdom/crossdressing or gay+femdom? In worst case you develop a VN for two separate, discrete groups.
- I noticed that most lewd scenes so far focus on the teenage mc in panties jerking off or taking pictures, so it's likely for a gay audience who enjoy looking at mc's small dick. Straight players instead would rather look for some lewd images of the female characters in underwear or nude, maybe when the girls take a shower or masturbate. The absence of such images of female characters suggests that the VN is intended for a gay audience. So the info that MM content is avoidable is kind of irritating if even the femdom content is using images for a gay audience.
- There is the option to avoid the event with Amber's room where mc enters, checks her panties and is blackmailed by her. However if mc does not enter Amber's room, there are no new events. No breakfast with Maria, no university, ... So it seems that skipping Amber's event is not an option at all which gives the event a rather "kinetic" taste.
- The sandbox setup with different locations and timeslots for a VN is suboptimal. Players spend a lot of time and clicks traversing through the house, looking through all locations for alternative events which are not there. Either make it a real sandbox with lots of events for every timeslot and location or make it a VN. Best add (graphical) info where events with NPC are available.
- The UI allows to skip timeslots which may break the continuity of the game, eg at night you can either Sleep (with events) or Skip (without events) to start the next day.
- Try to reduce the clicks players have to do, eg when checking a locked door there are 3 clicks necessary to continue : door is locked, you should not go there anyway, continue
- If a scene is text only, maybe use the whole page for text instead of having several pages each using only a fraction of available space unless you plan to add images later.

No offence : It took you 1 year to implement the first few days with several paths but not that much content per path. Timeframe of the story is 1 year where the mc stays with the family. (At current implementation speed this story will never be finished ...)
Consider to use html to faster develop and publish a text-based prototype of your story while you work on the slower illustrated version in parallel. This may also allow you to change and rewrite the story if needed at much lower costs.

I disagree strongly with a lot of these statements. Not only are a lot of the "realism" comments rooted in not understanding the interest (google Paraphilia, underware fetism is normally not odour related) or would just be adding more unnessary writing for things we can easily assume (why'd you look under the bed while unpacking? who cares, we all believe you would).
Likewise tell *your* story, do NOT try cater for every self insert. The MC got horny, did something dumb, got caught, good writing. The MC can be in every circumstance guided to not make mistakes, empty sandbox. This goes for non-protagonists too, they can do things, we don't need to be able to shape them as "justified" at every moment.
If your clicking on "become a femboy" you probably expect a femmine guy...don't know why trooper didn't.
A house where the husband is hardly home, and both kids are going to uni fulltime has *plenty* of privacy. Most of these stories are set in dorm rooms and manage.
Again, its BECOME A FEMBOY, the heck does an audience NOT INTO FEMBOYS think when playing?
I DO however strongly agree with the "forced options". Wasting a week in empty clicking sim to have to go and do the thing we CHOSE not to do is BAD design. If we must steal something, don't give us infinetly repeatable options to avoid it. Have us too compelled to resist it.
Likewise the player time wasted walking between rooms of a house is terrible experaince. There normally only 1 thing happening so just take us straight to it on wakeup, or if there is a couple, just have us choose then and there from the menu... not check each room to find the one unlocked door.
But also please for the love of all unholy, do not fork the story, especally to a different engine. This will not speed up development in the slightest, quite the opposite, and renpy is already among the fastest to make barebones prototypes VN's. This is terrible advice and I'm kinda astonded it was given seriously by somebody thats been a member here long enough to watch many games fail this way.

My impression of current content is that the short story so far probably could have been implemented in a weekend as text only by an experienced coder ... (For example either in ren'py or in the Twine/Sugarcube format which I think is handy for text-only novels and easier to read than lots of empty ren'py pages. If you want to fast forward in a VN, ren'py might be better, but only if it's not a sandbox VN. And this VN goes sandbox according to dev comment in OP.)
AfaIk most production effort for a VN goes into the creation of scenes and images, some into the programming of the UI, gallery, less into actual writing of scenes.
From earlier posts I read that there eg was a scene with a black guy getting pegged and it seems the scene got removed. Writing a scene does not take much time while writing a scene, producing all the images, animations, implementing it in python may take days or weeks and if the scene is later discarded all the effort is lost. So having a text-only prototype of the story with some stock images to be tested by the audience seemed to me a good alternative to avoid rendering scenes which are not used in the end. This would also allow to publish way more story content than we may probably every see in the slower progressing illustrated version ...
In the end it is up to the dev how to run his/her project ...

I mostly agree and strongly disagree with f96.
I would say I see a benefit in exploring the house Sandbox style if there are actually things to discover or if it leads to a choice like do I want to watch gay content or stay with the girl.
In general I think the dev is doing a pretty good job so far and I am looking forward to the next update. I personally would prefer bigger updates even though they are less frequent but that is only me.

Start a new game or continue your game where you entered Amber's room and got blackmailed by her.
Save on Monday morning. You can change your underwear in your room using the locker.
- go to the university wearing panties to get a reward -> panties shopping scene
- go to the university not wearing panties to get an event with Amber in her room with 3 options. The maid option is not implemented yet.
