I downloaded v2.0 and v2.1 and made an update patch from v2.0 -> v2.1. It came out as 2 MB So yeah either the dev is lying or a wrong version was changed. Btw if ya don't believe me. Here check yourself

There never was a diss about your wonderful work. Ever! The thing is this game update is legit what the dev themselves advertised around here, so there is no disconnect about the fact we got a 0.1 increment of the 2.0 update with admittedly a small content count.

Darn, well, there goes my streak of releasing updates without leaks. The Next update will probably be released next month. I'm literally in the middle of rendering animations at around 7/8. Once that's done, just a few renders and the update will be ready.

By the way, All the images in 2.1 were already in the 2.0 update released here. The only difference is that it didn't have the EP3 script, so you couldn't start EP3 without the script. Everything should work didn't really change any variables. However, the mods are probably not up to date.
