No? NTRman made the original comic before District 13, matter of fact a bunch of storylines from District 13 are blatant ripoffs from other ntr storylines from other artists

If you even trace back District13's date of posting and compare it to NTRMANs there was a huge gap in between hinting that it was plagiarized by District

Maybe it is a new character in SOL universe just inspired by Tao's look. Tao doesn't have a centipede tattoo. She might be the tattoo artist in SOL.

It was posted on his Twitter. He deleted it pretty quickly. The only way to see his creative process is by joining his team aka become a playtester,writer,artist,composer.
