i feel so dumb. i cant get out of the living room. the game just started. help! i read all the comments still cant figure it out. saw the stain clicked both buttons on it. interacted with everything.

Open the inventory with the Left Control key, select the magnifying glass and use it with the blood stain. And if you need more help, open the Objectives menu and use the arrows to scroll through the different objectives. Usually there are hints to help you continue.

No. There are no menu items available on the start screen when using an ultrawide monitor, with the native resolution. The only visible clickable item is the Steam link.

I meant during gameplay. You press the Esc key and can you see the menu window? Can you see the dialogues during gameplay?

Oh. Yeah, that wasn't a problem. Once I found the tiny sliver of the "New game" button, I was able to pull up the menu and change the resolution just fine.
It's only an issue on the Main Menu screen when you load the game for the first time.

One of the few quality Unity games. So far it's great. The dialogue is very solid for this type of game. The art and renders are very good and the pacing is nice. Can't wait for next update honestly. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately no. Steam is very strict about incest. If later on I have enough support on Patreon to release a patched version, I may consider it, but by now I cannot take the risk.

IT WOULd help if this game had a Key binding section or a help section.. it says open inventory but none of the keys work to do so.. usually in games inventory is "i" but i've smashed all my boutons and it wont open. F is for flash light.. but i also been smashing all my keys to find the mag glass.. this game is not well indicated.

3 new flashback scenes？

I only found two flashbacks. The first was when the art book was handed to Mel, featuring MC and Mel. The second was when the pocket watch was obtained, featuring MC and Laura.

solved it. did chance the resolution in windows then chance the settings in the game, then you can aplay the resolution

First look at the display case so that Ethan crouches down by it. Then inspect the case with the magnifying glass in the inventory. This will allow you to look to the right and left sides of the case, where the metal nodes are. On each node, place a piece of the foil.
