So, I heard this wild rumor about his now iconic "Kokujin no Tenkousei NTR ru" series that he intended to end the story in a really brutal way, and when people heard about this they sent him death threats and basically stopped him from concluding it. Is there any truth to this?

I don't know if it is true, I saw an illustrator who made such a drawing in the grave with the same idea, I don't remember his name but he was doing exactly what you said. Terasu mc is a very good illustrator, but I don't think such a theme would suit his work

Apparently that ending was in the now deleted Wiki for the series. Terasumc deleted the wiki because of the backlash of fans surprisingly, i think its the jp fans and not global and other artists really hates him (according to antiNTR subreddit And i agree on the statement of: "created for a shonen-shoujo forced to be in an NTR" because of this.
It would fit the story. We've all read it, right? The story was nonstop brutal to the MC, especially what his mom was doing. It would have been really extreme to end it that way but narratively based on what was already there, it made sense. And I wish we got TerasuMC's full vision

NTR on death is uncommon in NTR fans, but not that rare tho.
Like in NTRman game (the Inn one) one of the route the MC kill himself after knowing his wife fck3d on his bed.
Or in the nebic stories (if you know), his stories mostly have crazy end like piss in the grave even when the MC in coma.

You know? That gruesome ending probably wouldn't be something terasu_mc wouldn't do. Hell, I even drew a scene of Hiroki tied up, beaten, and crying while they fucked his "friend" in front of him. It's not something terasu wouldn't do. And it's good that they did a "stay still" to terasu. I just hope they do the same with guys like Asanagi, for example.

I'm not gonna lie-I'm pretty sure Terasu would still do the fucked up ending-If you guys still havent read-Thr code geass one is pretty intense and even the To Love-ru one too. I know that these are not original works, but with the intensity of it, i'm pretty sure he will ramp it up when he decided to pick the series again. Still dissapointed no follow ups on his Kaguya-sama, and a Re:zero one. Whatever you say on his style of telling a story-The artstyle is hot.
