i know Meandrago is working alone on it and its just a hobby..but come on man 6 damm years....again you dont own us anything at all..but atleast for the people that supoorts you by giving money..instead of always saying you work on it.. you could share some progress on your patreon.

To put in perspective, the monthly patreon money before fees is about 2 days of work (7.5 hours x 2) at least in my country for entry level office work. Idk what country the dev is from, but I wouldn't think this project is a huge priority base on that.

There hasn't been a patreon post since Dec 2023 (unless it's hidden). If people are still supporting on patreon, it is because they either don't mind the small amount or they just forgot.

Yes, it would be nice if the dev gave a small update, but if people are unsatisfied, they can just stop supporting the project. People shouldn't fall for the sunk cost fallacy.

If it ever comes out, it would be a welcome surprise. We can show our monetary appreciation when that happens, otherwise, move on.

Hm i mean yeah we know its the project is not a huge priority, i dont mind at all if a side project takes longer but 6 years is enormous for an promised update..., i mean yeah people that support him could stop if they want, but 290 bucks for free even if we dont count fees every month, its still alot, it only fuels lazyness...and milking..even if the update would come, i doubt people are gonna support it more, its not even worth the wait.at this point..but you're right at the end of the day its his game and well he does whatever he wants with it..and honestly i dont have hope for it anymore...so yeah...

Well, that's how much he's making now, after doing nothing for almost 6 years except streaming on occasion (which he hasn't done in over a year).
He was making about $1k a month for over a year at his peak.

And hell, even if he was only dedicating 15hrs a month to the project, that's a lot of time over the course of 6 years.
To do the math: last update was 05/14/19, so about 70 months, 70*15=1,050hrs. Surely if he put that much time into it he would have something to show, right?

The truth is he's not working on it and just collecting Patreon money. To him it's just free money, that simple.
He's even said outright in the past that he doesn't owe his Patrons anything because it's all just donations.

I think so as well. If he wasn't working on it when he was making more money, he definitely isn't working on it now. So best is to stop giving him money and move on.

Frankly, I think I'd much rather see the thread sit completely inactive (barring the inevitable person asking for the Discord link, or something) until or unless there's actually something new to discuss, instead of hearing the hundredth person pipe up with "Guys, the game is dead – I know it's dead because it's finally hit my own personal extremely arbitrary measure of time passed and/or level of public activity before I consider something dead, so it's okay that I'm not saying anything new because actually the time number is bigger and the activity number is littler now and I thought you all needed to know that in case you didn't already."

We've long since passed the point where we're all trapped in a two-sided echo chamber split between (as each side used to like to paint the other) guys huffing hopium and guys being doom-saying shit-heels. We all hope V3 will drop and be good, and we all recognize that it's been a long wait. Can we just agree to leave it at that for the time being? Maybe the wait itself wouldn't feel so active if people didn't keep bumping the thread just to say fuck-all that hasn't been said...

Hmmm as tempting as that is ....nah. I got less then a month under my belt. Y'all have had years to bemoan and say what you want. Why should I give that up if the moment happens to strike me? Even if things have been repeated a millions times before. Twas not I who was saying it. Best I can do is what I was doing before. Limit what I say, to what I find interesting enough to respond to. I share videos, screenshots, code and dialogue snippets on the discord, been doing it for years. I also answer questions people ask about the game. I try not to share too much and censor things because that's how I like it.

I don't actually use or visit this website that often but I like commenting sometimes here so people outside discord get some life signs too.

Man... this game seems cool... (I haven't DLed it yet). Why is it that all the games with the shit that I like are either abandoned or don't exist! I'll believe this gets an update when I see it (because I'm curious, I tried to join the discord with the link above from the creator, but the link expired lol). It sucks already that I prefer m/m games, but it's even worse trying to find games that have m/m and my other interests. Idk if this has m/m content in it though... I'm just assuming from the 'gay' tag lmao

That's honestly more m/m content than I thought this game would have! It sucks that characters are locked behind male or female PCs... I understand why some game devs do it, but I'm personally a fan of just making every character 'playersexual' at the very least lol. A lot of the time I play games like this and the male characters I find hot either aren't into men or might be but don't have m/m scenes written for them.

The guy in the first picture of the OP previews is very appealing! (and ofc moments after writing this, i went on the wiki out of curiosity and saw that he is only available for a female PC... fuck me i guess... didn't read anything spoilery though )

I'm still gonna play this though LOL

In the current version there's 3 male characters that you can bang, not counting ferals. Miggpli, Taulsol, and Noidu. The latter two can do both topping and bottoming.

The next update will have at least 4 new characters who will be up to m/m shenanigans according to MD. And the older ones will be getting an update as well.


I think what he means by "counting conservatively" is that some characters might have m/m scenes but are difficult to categorize, so 4 is a more definite answer.
