I don't want to be that guy since I once argued with a self-proclaimed lolicon about this kind of stuff before.
But you gotta wonder why DARPA or whatever put their hyper advance, turning test capable AI into a teenage android body of the not even the 16~17 barely legal kind.
I mean, unless the reason is some scientist is coping with their lost daughter, I don't buy it.
(Again, I should mention I am not against this stuff, I am just wondering how they will justify this in-game...like what is the reason of that body if they ever brought it up)

It is not directly stated in the game no, but it can be inferred if you read between the lines. The other android is a muture woman. I don't want to give away any of the plot points, it's a short game but well made.
I imagine it's for the same reason people use child soldiers and terrorists use child suicide bombers. Nobody wants to be the one to kill a kid so they have a much easier time getting close to the enemy. That or plot contrivance to get lolis in the game. It's porn, the latter works fine.

I'm a porter myself so I know it very well still there is a tag for when official ports are there. Some people prefer official ports.
