Not really sure about anything entirely focused on transexuals. But, here's some with a reasonable amount of relevant content (Note that most just fetishize it rather than treating it respectfully as you seem to want);

• WVM: One of the main heroines can optionally be trans, additionally there's a couple of trans side characters. It lightly touches on trans issues (Discrimination, fear of rejection, BDD etc). I imagine this would be the most appealing one to you.
• Roundscape Adorevia: A couple of shemales and again it lightly explores trans issues.
• Depravity & Gates Motel: One of the heroines is trans and it lightly explores trans issues.
• Hentai University: Has a good mix of female, trap, and shemale characters. Also includes sissification of some characters.
• Honey Kingdom: Almost entirely shemales.
• Sex With Otokonoko & Shemales! DX; Features many shemales, though it's frankly pretty terrible (shallow parody characters, no romance, bad scenes etc)

Thanks for the reply I’ll check em out! Like you said the way games handle it most of the time I don’t really find it’s for me. Celebrating our differences was the one I found most appealing as the relationship between MC and co was cool and relatable.
