alright so i got a theory
the game seems to have a habit of either showing RNA strings directly, or having encoded messages that decode into those strings, but given the description of the game, what if those binary encoded messages are actually the protagonist's codons and acids and nucleotides and whatnot being encoded into binary as the game progresses?
it's a bit of a stretch, i'm not sure if the strings decode into anything further (since i just don't how to decode genetic code into letters), but maybe i'm onto something
ill write again if i find out anything else, i could just eat this up with how good it is

Were you getting the same event id and exception code I was getting? Also, at the risk of stating the obvious, did you reboot after trying everything?

yes i did reboot after all this repairs. It doesnt show me any "evend id and exception code", its just im trying to open the game and nothing happens, nothing pops up

mine didn't either, you have to go into event viewer app and look under application logs right after you try running the game. Don't worry about info messages or warnings, looking specifically for errors

Holy shit. This game is infuriating. No game, I love having a problem, knowing exactly what that problem is and how to fix it, but ALWAYS being unable to do so because the game outright just tells me no. Here is a png of a girl laying around naked instead, (The fucking skunk I SWEAR TO GOD.) and then I die, because I wasn't allowed to do what I was trying to do, lose ALL my shit, and now I'm stuck in an even worse loop of deaths because now, with nothing, I REALLY can't fix the situation. Oh, and now 4 more girls that WEREN'T mad on the last life, are mad now. Why? I don't fucking know. They just are, have fun. I know I shouldn't be getting THIS tilted at a porn game of all things, but honestly, I'm at my fucking limit with this one.

Doesn't start on Windows 10

Had the same issue on windows 10. Checked event viewer and had an event id 1000 with exception code: 0xc0000409 (stack buffer overrun) when trying to launch the game. What fixed it for me was repairing microsoft visual c++.

left click > modify > repair.
if you have multiple microsoft visual c++, then do this to all of them.

If that doesn't work can try running sfc and dism commands to repair damaged files.
open command prompt as admin and issue:
sfc /scannow

then these 3 commands one at a time:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

If that doesn't work then you had a different issue than I did. Check your event viewer errors and let me know what it says and I will try to help the best I can .

The game basically just doesn't launch; it appears at the bottom as soon as I launch it and then immediately disappears.
