I get the point of it, but I just find rule 7 frustrating due to how inconsistently it's applied. Like this & MGQ are allowed, but not drain dungeon 2.

Yeah, it happened to me too but thankfully I had saved not too long ago. You gotta be careful with where you fight the enemies because as I know there is no way to get out from something like this. You just can save often enough.

If someone is playing this and needs to get unstuck you can use the memory viewer item to resfresh the enemies I also got stuck by the rats.

The secret boss appears after you finishes the game and reload the save file. The Shrine inside the black alley will move and stairs for the boss chamber will appear.
