Its lost for you but a +1 for me. There are so much more non ntr games compared to ntr games here. When its slow, we get like only 1 a week.

Couldn't really care less about netorare but i wish they would make games with proper in-game pregnancy content with decent pregnancy mechanics too. Since this game only has a momentary mention of pregnancy, it kinda had a mediocre impression on me.

it also contains Natsu no Shoumei. I'm not sure how cause when I start the .exe I get exactly one new game to start. Like they just stuck the two games together in one story or something.

I realize that there is already a translation but I'm curious because there are still translation errors and the images have not been translated (as far as I know when I downloaded it a long time ago). Therefore, I translated it again with the help of DeepSeek V3 with the consistency of calling professor replacing sensei. I also translated the images (including chapters and poem) especially the main page that contains the game title.
And with additional information:
Above 女性, there is a small furigana ひと (hito) → this indicates a pun: in kanji it is read as "josei" (woman) but whispered as "hito" (person).
The kanji 性 (from 女性) and 愛 (from 愛人) are given a special color → this also shows an emphasis on the complex or unnatural themes of "sexuality" and "love".

The interesting thing about the title That Person was My Father's Mistress is that observant players will catch:
son ↔ mistress = potential for emotional and sexual conflict
and it implicitly conveys the nuance of 性愛 (sexual love) like the Japanese version.
