this game has just about pissed me off she can have sex with whomever she wants and MAYBE only tells half of the guys shes been with and the others are pretty much cheats (his dad and brother) but for the husband she FORBADES him from messing around with sexycoop thats not the first time either he had a thing with the black chick and she got pissed about that come on thats not even close to being right so in the game i have him have sex with whoever will have sex with him
Play another game then, why play a game that keeps getting you frustrated? There are plenty of harem games on this site where you can be the main dick without competition.

Well, you'll go insane trying to figure out Anne's logic. The subject has been discussed A LOT in this thread. The most I can say about it is, Anne has an "inferiority complex"(or just likes being in control) buried inside her and feels threatened if "another woman" comes into play. I haven't played the route where she allows hubby to bring girls home. This is just a one sided opinion.

Agreed. I have played all the variations and she does seem fairly accepting of him bebopping as long as she's around, so it's a bit easier to accept looking at the whole. What got me mildly wound was all the nights she'd just go to sleep without any consideration for hubby. He gets off on watching or hearing and she knows it, but although she's all "I love you babe" when she hits the pillow, her selfishness is quite the turn-off. If he does the same to her it's a one or two point deduction in relationship score.
But as you say, if one dwells on that aspect too long, the frustration factor gets too high. The game has a lot going for it, not the least of which is the excellent rendering of Anne (my ideal body type) and some excellent animation fx. Unfortunately, like many other VNs, the sound fx could be far better. In the end, I'm looking forward to following its progression.

She also accepts Nicole (and even says that she was expecting it), is willing to leave the MC to do whatever he wants at the swingers' party, encourages him to have his own fun at the bar, and is at least conditionally accepting of whatever he does in Punta Cana. I'm not aware that she ever tells him he can't sleep around as some (not you) keep insisting, only that he needs to be honest about it. Which he never, ever is until confronted.
The MC can cheat (and hide it/lie about it) far sooner in the story than Anne.
It's somewhat upsetting if you expect their screwing around to be equitable, but that's something that players impose on the story and I think it's a misreading of the intent. To me this has always been about the MC's cuckolding fetish rather than a wish to expand their marriage to include other sexual partners in a balanced way. Evidence:
1) All the challenges for the "couple" are aimed at the wife. The husband's never once asked to do something.
2) On multiple occasions (at least four come to mind) the MC is offered the choice to participate or just watch. In one case (Dre) Anne makes it clear that she would've preferred he watch. The swinger neighbors actually make this textually explicit; if he chooses to watch the wife says something like, "oh, you're one of those." Whereas Anne is only faced with that choice once (the bar), and even then that choice comes alongside a different set of options in which she can ignore him and go have her own fun.
3) As I said above, the MC always hides or lies about sex he's had without Anne present until she confronts him about it, though he's also offered plenty of opportunities to have sex about which she'll never know. That said, the player's choice to allow the MC's cheating doesn't affect Anne or their relationship at all, save for the one potentially game-ending moment in Punta Cana.
4) On the other hand, the MC isn't just fine with Anne having sex even if he's not around, he actively encourages it (and sometimes gets really pushy about it, to the point that he upsets her), as long as he gets to hear all about it later...something else he can be fairly pushy about, at least over the first half of the story. In other words, his true interest isn't in Anne's sexual satisfaction, it's about how he gets off on it. He's using Anne's sexuality to feed his kink. Is there any point in the story where he takes the time to figure out how she feels about all this? I mean emotionally, not sexually.
5) Early in the game, when she's still resisting breaking certain boundaries, he's like a hyperactive and horny puppy trying to get her naked, to seduce bartenders, to bring men home with her. By the current point in the game he's practically indifferent, just assuming that a) she has sex whenever offered the opportunity, and b) she's going to tell him all about it later. He's treating her like a walking Fleshlight, like his own personal Pornhub. By this point the MC can (if the player chooses) resist her attempts to tell him about her adventures, which of course greatly upsets Anne (and induces penalties in the code) because it makes it clear that they're really not in this together.
6) If the player chooses to push her into a sexual relationship with Martin he's even accepting of that, though he has several good reasons not to be (Emma, plus he's his father). Note, though, that when he expresses hesitation and second thoughts Anne does something she's never done before: she does what she wants. It's only when she starts taking control of her sexuality that the MC balks. For instance, he's quite happy to send Ryan back to the apartment so they can fuck. He's not even slightly upset when they do, he's only upset that they hide it from him...and that's true whether or not he's been screwing his way around the diner, the beach, and the office.
7) As for the "no sex for you" nights, those are certainly evidence of selfishness...but his, not hers. He expects her to slut it up all day and night for his own sexual jollies and then take care of his needs too? We (the players) see this differently because we know that the reason she's too tired some of those nights is because she's been cheating on him, but until Ryan's second visit he has no reason at all to suspect that she is. Furthermore, this is something that could be easily addressed with an actual conversation — "hey babe, all this wild stuff we're doing is really fun but I feel like we're losing touch with our own relationship" — that could, in a more logical game and depending on the actual status of their relationship, result in things getting better (or an argument followed by things getting worse). But they won't have that conversation. Not because they're incapable of it (even though they often talk to each other like twelve year old surfers), but because the husband has no interest in communicating their way through this. Because it's never been about spicing up their marriage. Maybe it was for Anne, at least up to the point she's able to cheat, but not for him. It's about feeding his fetish. And he's not going to tell her that like an adult human being in a functional marriage, he's just going to get whiny that she's not servicing his dick whenever he wants.
Now, as you and others have said a logical game would treat all of this differently. Either the MC or Anne denying the other sex at night would either have relationship consequences or be a consequence of an already endangered relationship. (e.g. cheating Anne rolls over and falls asleep, whereas non-cheating Anne initiates sex; and the same would be true for a cheating vs. non-cheating MC). A logical game would treat all instances of dishonest non-monogamy as damaging to the relationship. Every single time one of them has sex away from the other the player should be offered the opportunity to reveal it or lie about it and there should be consequences for both. Certain encounters should be more disruptive than others; for example, Anne having sex with Martin should always do immense damage to their marriage — which it does, since that's the cheating trigger — and so should the MC having sex with Emma or Anne's mother.
But for better or worse that isn't this game.
this is what she (anne) said in bed "its just ...i dont mind you had sex with kelsey but what bugs me is that you work with her and will see her every day" and he explains about her and kenny then she says "but with kelsey id rather it not continue at work" so its ok for her to meet and have sex with anyone she meets but he cant pick and choose like she can seems one sided to me and hes been pretty accepting i think and theres no jealousy on his part but shes jealous thats what i take from it

To me this just points out how differently Anne and her husband see what they're doing. He pushed and pushed and pushed her to have sex with Kenny, she finally did, and it ended badly enough that she had to quit her job. What was her husband's reaction? Not "darling, I'm sorry I pushed you into doing something that resulted in your unemployment," but "who cares, go be a flight attendant." (Not, obviously, direct quotes.)
(Also, think about that suggestion for a moment. It's a job that will take her away from him for stretches of time. That provides him more freedom to fuck around, sure, but it also means that his interest in actively participating in her extracurricular sexual activities has waned so much that he'd rather she do it elsewhere. Again, it's all about him and his fetish and he doesn't really care all that much about what she wants. Or, frankly, about her except to the extent that she can serve his own sexual needs.)
In any case, Anne has clear evidence that having sex with someone at work can have strongly negative consequences, and so when she finds out that the MC's doing it I think she has a right to express concern. (That he's having sex with two women he works with, and that a third's been flashing him and flirting with him, is even worse. That he's doing that and banging his way through waitresses, customers, and ex-girlfriends at a diner he can go to practically every single day would be even more upsetting...if she knew about it, which she doesn't because he blatantly lies to her about it.)
But she doesn't tell him he can't have sex with Kelsey. She even says that she doesn't mind that he did. All she does is express her well-founded concern and her obvious preference that he won't continue doing so. Since he never listens to her anyway — this is the third? fourth? fifth? time she's expressed dissatisfaction with either his partners or his honesty and he's never modified his behavior — one assumes that he'll keep having sex with Kelsey anyway.
The MC doesn't place any limits on her behavior because he's not thinking about her, he's thinking about his fetish. If he knew she was in an ongoing relationship with Martin I'm pretty sure he'd have some things to say about it. The same, one presumes, will end up being true of Ryan.

I agree with just about all your points. Thanks for taking the time for such a detailed explanation. I think it provides good insight for others to read and understand.
The only small problem I have with what you've written is that a couple of the different paths, in my opinion, still put the MC in a negative position not necessarily of his own choosing. I agree that the umbrella or over-arching theme of this story is far and away his own doing, but the author of the game seems to be occasionally erratic in how the consequences are applied. For example, regardless of whether Anne has the Cheat or Faithful tag, her thorough 'exam' by the doc is ignored. Still, it's a minor thing and nothing to lose any sleep over.

This discussion is one reason I really like this game. I'm long, long past the high school and college mindset and find many of these VN's incompatible with my current ...uh... mindset.

Yep. A problem from the original version of the game that was not fixed in the revamp. There are a few more instances as well, like the sex toy party, and the scene with the two kids that the MC only knows about if he goes home for lunch.
There was a different way to do this game — not better or worse, just different — in that every encounter could exist in three states: 1) we see it as it's happening, 2) we see/hear about it retrospectively, or 3) we neither see nor hear about it directly but hints and suspicions abound. Versions 1 and 2 satisfy those (like me) who'd prefer an open relationship/swinging game, but 2 adds some of the "tension" that some cuckold/netorare fans enjoy. Version 3 is the hardcore cuckolding/netorare path (likely including a lot of Anne or the MC sitting around wondering if their spouse is getting laid or not), which could be further divided into sub-paths in which permission has been granted or it's just plain old cheating. It'd be fairly easy to write a game that way — all you have to render is version 1, then add a little static-image dialogue for versions 2 and 3 — and I'm a little surprised someone hasn't tried it.
I think many of the oddities in this particular game come from wavering from the core concept. The "bones" of the game (pun intended) from back when it was called The Cuckold are all still there, but as it went along it started introducing elements that didn't meld seamlessly with the original content. Swinging, in particular, works very differently than a cuckolding or cuckqueaning fetish (especially one tied to voyeurism, which it is until late in the story), and I think that's why all 4-5 swinging-optional scenes are awkward fits vs. the rest. Outright cheating also points the game in a different direction, especially with both partners able to do it, because — at least as it's handled here — it's less and less about the relationship (whether healthy or otherwise) and more about showing us their respective encounters. The yes/no to interracial choice in the original introduced a whole bunch of sometimes-inconsistent content that somehow had to be organized for the revamp. I also think the choice to let the husband cheat in the first place makes it a different type of story than it was when it started.
When all that's stuffed together in the same, theoretically linear, story it's no surprise that not everything makes sense. Things get dropped — where's Nicole? where's the pregnant woman (who couldn't possibly have been impregnated by the MC, but that's another story)? is gym Mia actually going to have a purpose or just randomly show up from time to time? is anything going to come of the stepbrother storyline? — in favor of newer and shinier things (or, in the case of Phil, older and wrinklier things). Questions arise, like if can Anne effortlessly deepthroat Malcom why hasn't she done it for anyone else? How does a husband utterly obsessed by his wife's ass never even suggest anal? Where is Anne all those days that she's not at the house but also not with Martin or on the beach/at the spa participating in orgies? Why is someone as hot as Anne having sex with Phil/the doctor/the plumber/the boys? I could go on, but my overall point is that ideas arise in the game — pregnancy/blackmail scare, mandatory old dude, mandatory fat dude, mandatory shota scene, BBCs by the truckload — and fairly often just sorta drift away un- or ill-used in favor of the next thing. And a major reason is that when the original got so far away from the dev that the paths were a mess, what it needed just as much as a (generally successful) revamp and visual upgrade was a good, strong edit.

Yes, the next part is "guestimated" finish up to 80-85 % by dev (sources Discord) and he may post some teasing renders on Patreon in the next hours.

In one of my last posts I had mentioned that I was trying to get some time back in my day from my work travels by asking for a transfer to a closer location to my home and since Feb 9th that has come true for me. I'm extremely happy to get 2.5 to 3.5 hours back each and every day of work that I can now spend with family or working on TAC. A lot of it is going to TAC.
I have my blood pressure and chest pains under control now so on the health stand I am doing ok.
As for Part 2 of Chapter 11.. I would guestimate that It is currently at %80 to %85 complete. So it should not be a whole lot longer before you all have the complete chapter 11.
