Maybe you can clear it up for me. I was trying to make an update only patch but I don't know why the patch would be ~3 GB when the versions look like this:
Only 112 files were present in both versions that would be replaced.
I don't know where those extra 2.3 GB come from.
I'll leave it be, people who want a smaller size need to wait for the compressed version.

I compressed the files from the previous version while adding the new files to version 3.8, it seems that's the reason behind it
You can use the replay gallery for that
Yes, there are some scenes where the characters become pregnant in the ending, but since there were no actual pregnant scenes with the models, I created them using Photoshop and a few other tricks
