I can't comment on the start, as I don't recall anything that stood out as an issue (aside from taking a little time to get used to the screen being at an angle for much of it!)

Incest:
Dependent on choices I guess, the MC can get into a relationship with his sister and with his neice (and a threesome, possibly throuple, with the two of them together). There are also two (female) cousins who the MC can get involved with and who can be brought together for threesomes, and a mother and daughter who you can get involved in a threesome (the mother being unaware of this due to being blindfolded).

His sister is Beatriz, who moves in with him relatively early on. I can't remember if this game has a "define relationships" option at the start/when the new characters are introduced, though.

The first bit is easy, siblings will often fall away from each other as they go through adult life. I've not spoken to my sister for a few months, and that was just to wish her a happy birthday. For the second part, maybe it's a patch thing? I've not noticed anywhere this dialogue issue has come up, but I have the patch from the OP, which it sounds like you might not have?

Well, many games are written to make siblings to appear to be friends so to get past the Patreon ban on incest. Hints the incest patch. Plus, many games have siblings not talking for years at a time. Be it because one of them was in college, or in prison, or a plethora of other reasons.

You played with the patch? Don't think you can name relations in this one.

Haven't got the game to hand, but as far as I remember the patch is a full script rewrite. There's no incest* (*at least not involving the MC's relations) in the base game, but the patch rewrites it to make some of the characters related.

I've never played with the patch so don't know how successful it is.

If its cannon then the dev must hide it.

Normally incest patch that is not cannon take somewhere from 2-10 days after the release but in this game the patch came out the same day the game came out.

The patch came out Jun 23, 2020 and the game came out Jun 23, 2020 and the one who posted the patch joined F95 the same day.

I will leave it as that but to me incest is cannon.

And the account in question is only active in this dev's threads (this and Denos City, including five-star reviews for both).

However, I think the game plays fine without the incest: It's not the very obvious "I can't do that, that's my landlady" stuff you sometimes see. Your mileage may vary.

yes it plays fine w/o ic-patch but some want incest.
