I found one but it has to have the enter button, as they don't have it on Android you can't proceed, they haven't fixed that.

in the main menu, at the top left there are two flags change the language there

This is not on the main window for me.The one i dl has english in game and the pref and other stuff is spanish and no way to change that think i used the gofile link.But no it isnt on the main screen anywhere or under preference either.
