Who are Jenny and Allie to the main character? Neighbours or cousin/aunt? I didn't understand the game. And how can I escape the beach during free roam to go to Anthony's house?

Alie is his Aunt. So far, it seems like Jenny is a neighbor; I was leaning toward cousin but it seems like she's just a little younger than the aunt and much older than the MC. I'm really not 100% sure on her yet though. Not sure if she's a neighbor or maybe even Alie's younger sister? Once we have more info I can make a judgment call. I did make a patch so he calls Alie "Aunt" all the time though.
