so now I only have the Homecoming quest open, but I can't finish it, because from what I read here, cloth is only available in the north map, where I can't get, because even after finishing her painting quest, Am doesn't give me the compass
Finish other quests, or try to check all npcs for additional quests. Maybe ypu missed some of them.
Also sometimes there is some interval between some events, try to skip a few days.
There was quest to save abducted Helena? I think Shrine pray with her happens after abduction.
Try from blacksmith girls, tavern girl, sword trainer and Kate is the last one i think.
Kate is the only girl which can have 4 other events for pose.
You can infinitely repeat Kate poses and sell this art each time.
yeah, finished the posing quest... that's why I wrote I only have the "Homecoming" open... can't seem to find an NPC with a quest. This is what I have in "Completed", do I miss something?

Yeah, that's where i got the initial two venoms needed for the quest, but now that i've completed Garibaldi's quest, no venom serpents spawn. Also, the "brewmaster" patch and cheat only enables potion brewing; i've already enabled that through normal play. It doesn't allow venom serpents to spawn after giving the potion to Garibaldi.

I checked your save, just noticed one thing: Writings of old is missing in my list, though I did it (just without quest, I found that door and it said I should ask the dwarf, so I did... but no quest for that). Could that be the problem? I also checked from your save "Building of honor" which is about a beacon, no idea how that would start, also "Witch trainer" seems related to that, and sounds like it could start without the north map
Edit: I do have "Writings of old" in my completed list, just checked again
Do I have to see the princess again? Currently the Queen says she has house arrest

I have all of the clues for the royal mystery, but the queen still says I don't have enough. I think it's glitched, but I'm so far in I really don't want to start over. Is there a cheat or console command I could input to reset the mission or something?
Also, when it came time to the paintings, I had both the blacksmith and the innkeeper come on the same day, but I never got a painting for the innkeeper (said she needed to put finishing touches on it) and now I can't move the quest further even though Kate *should* be available to ask, now... though I can't actually ask her.

Only one art piece at a time and sell it. Kate is exception and you can repeat her poses how much time you want.
I think you need to load save before you asked both models at the same day and only ask one and sell her art, wait another day and do other model. I think there is limit on that and you can softlock yourself.

First Beyond map North part, run around there near Troll. and you will see them more often.
North - center
they are maybe random. Satyr drops horns and her spear(weapon).
The dwarf quest is WIP i think. There is actually message from DEV that it will be in new Update.

Buiding of Hgonor it is quest which you start after Witch trainer.
To help Emy visit her mother you build travel beacon inside her home at Beyond.
But i think it is quest after you fix Main portal(shrine). Punishment for Garibaldi for pissing on Saint Shrine Tree. You also can start Building of Honor in procces helpind Shrine Maidens to ressurect trees i done both this quests together.
So help Emy visit her Mother(witch) first and you will see this quest.

What about the Divine Mystery quest? Is there something I'm not doing in order to move forward? I have 5 clues and she tells me it's not enough, and talk to the people in town...
Do you find empty beer mug at night at the map where standing Garibaldi?
Also talk to Keeper about Corruption of the Shrine.
Do you drink with Garibaldi at night in tavern?
Did you find message about Garibaldi at the table in the Castle?
I think not all evidences actially listed in the quest log.

for me it worked asking all three non-Kates (she works only after those three), in the evening with Am I then had a list of three models to chose from
