Based on the tags, this is just going to be about a lesbian protagonist slowly starting to be attracted to guys, I doubt the "originally male" part of the story is going to matter much, if at all.
If you make a gender bender game, that's the part that should matter most, yet most devs just use it as a way to lure in people that only play male protagonist games, as it's allowed under the male protagonist tag.
